1. Agreement and scope
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of version 1.0.0 of the PrintSheet Android app provided by SodCode. By installing or using PrintSheet, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License to use PrintSheet
Subject to these terms, SodCode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PrintSheet for personal or lawful business purposes on compatible Android devices you control. The app is licensed, not sold. Google Play terms may also apply to your installation and use.
3. What the app does
PrintSheet lets you import supported JPEG and PNG images, assign physical dimensions, arrange up to twelve photos on one A4 or US Letter page, save local drafts, and create a PDF to save, share, open, or print. Features, supported formats, limits, and device compatibility may change in future versions.
4. Your photos and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the photos and other content you use with PrintSheet. These terms do not give SodCode ownership of them. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have all permissions needed to reproduce, edit, save, share, and print it.
Do not use PrintSheet to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; create or distribute unlawful material; introduce malicious code; interfere with the app or its services; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
5. Local storage and backups
Drafts and imported project copies are stored locally on your device. PrintSheet does not provide an account, cloud backup, synchronization, or recovery service. You are responsible for retaining original photos and separately saved PDFs needed for important work. Clearing app data, uninstalling PrintSheet, losing or damaging the device, or storage failure may permanently remove local drafts.
6. Physical dimensions and print quality
PrintSheet calculates PDF geometry from the measurements you enter, but the final physical result also depends on your printer, driver or print service, paper, margins, and scaling settings. For critical dimensions, select Actual Size or 100% Scale, print the calibration sheet, and verify the result with a reliable ruler before printing photos.
DPI and quality warnings are guidance only. PrintSheet does not guarantee print quality, color accuracy, printer compatibility, or acceptance of a photo by any authority. It does not certify passport, visa, identity-document, licensing, or other regulatory compliance.
7. Internet access and required updates
An internet connection is required on first use and at least once every seven days for a supported-version check. After the offline allowance expires, app access pauses until a successful check. If a build is no longer supported, you must install the required update through Google Play to continue. A paused or required update does not itself delete your locally stored drafts.
8. Advertising and third-party services
PrintSheet is free, has no subscription or in-app purchase, and may display banner or interstitial ads from Google Mobile Ads. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Selecting an ad takes you to a third party whose content, products, terms, and privacy practices are not controlled by SodCode.
Google Play, Android’s system picker, storage providers, PDF viewers, sharing destinations, and print services are also operated by third parties. Your use of them is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, security, conduct, content, or handling of a file after you choose to send it to them.
9. Our intellectual property
PrintSheet’s software, design, branding, text, and other materials, excluding your content and third-party materials, are owned by or licensed to SodCode and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where the law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
10. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or support for devices or app versions. We do not promise that the app, ads, version-policy host, Google Play, or a third-party destination will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We will take reasonable care not to remove access to local work unnecessarily, but you should keep independent copies of important outputs.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, PrintSheet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that every output will be free of error. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SodCode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from PrintSheet or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.
13. Ending use
You may stop using PrintSheet and uninstall it at any time. Your license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and responsibility for your content—survive the end of use.
14. Applicable law
These terms apply subject to the mandatory laws and consumer rights of the place where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when PrintSheet, its services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the app or its store listing. Continuing to use the app after revised terms take effect means the revised terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
